The Narrative of the Being of the Water Who Married the Princess

Told by Henry Tate and rewritten by William Beynon.

This narrative is about a Ga̱nhada princess who was taken by a water being and married his son. She had a son and daughter. The supernatural beings agreed to not blow so hard as to knock over their canoes. In appreciation, the people had a feast to thank the supernatural beings.
